An A3 Pacific centered Mercator Projection map of the World's continents.  Smooth HIPS plastic is used for tactile differentiation of seas and oceans from the plywood land masses. The plastic is also marked to enable tactile identification of small islands, in addition to the Braille labelled Equator, Tropic of Cancer and Capricorn as well as the Antarctic Circle. Braille labels also identify oceans and continents. Lines of longitude (in 30 degree intervals) are marked by notches which can be used to hold elasticised string to represent lines as required.
