Inspired by family I recently purchased a small CO2 laser cutter and engraver,
opening up exciting new directions for my creations.
Inspired by a passing comment from a friend, and practical advice from students and
staff at Statewide Vision Resource Centre (SVRC), I am now focused on creating tactile
versions of my games, as well as teaching aids for blind or low vision students.
Inspired by another friend after I discovered dramatic etching possibilities using recycled wooden blinds, I have made an extensive range of endangered animal brooches to support Zoos Victoria’s “Fighting Extinction” campaign and other conservation projects.
Inspired by NZ friends I became involved with a wetland restoration project in Mapua and this in turn inspired creation of acrylic tree plaques I now offer to other conservation projects.
I clearly take inspiration from those who identify an area of need, so get in touch.
