A tactlie cross section of the human heart mounted such that the heart walls and valve flaps are free to move to illustrate the dual pump in action. Student or teacher can illustrate the passage of oxygenated (rough red) and deoxygenated (smooth blue) blood using the arrows provided.
Pdf files with matching illustrations of the parts of the heart and the 6 stages of the pumping cycle are also available in a form that text or Braille labelling appropriate to the student can be added and piaf printed by the user.
Ply Base 210x260mm. 6mm foam heart.
Made from 6mm thick foam and 210x260mm plywood.
